Thank you for choosing me for your grey blending transformation. I am truly excited to embark on this journey with you! This is an important step in embracing your natural beauty, and I am here to guide you through the process with care, expertise and dedication. My goal is to ensure you feel confident and comfortable throughout every stage of the transformation.

During your visits to my salon in Ripponden, West Yorkshire, you’ll experience a bespoke grey blending service tailored to your unique needs. To make your experience more enjoyable, I will provide you with recommendations for local places to stay and visit, which will be included in your pack with the patch test.

  1. Consultation Fee

The consultation fee of £150 is non-refundable under any circumstances, however it is deducted from the total transformation investment. This fee covers our initial 60 minute consultation, during which I will assess your hair, discuss your expectations, lifestyle and preferences and develop a bespoke grey blending plan.

  1. Transformations & Payment Terms
  • Cooling-off Period: You are entitled to a 14 day cooling-off period after making your first or full payment. If you decide to cancel your transformation during this period, you will receive a full refund minus any administrative or processing fees.
  • Cancellation Within 1 Month Of First Appointment: Should you choose to cancel your transformation within one month of your first appointment, minus a fee of £1000 plus any applicable processing fees.
  • Cancellation During Transformation: Once the transformation process has begun (i.e. once the first in-salon session is complete), no refund will be given for any reason.
  • Hair Dye During The Transformation: If you dye your hair during the transformation process, without prior consultation, your transformation will be terminated and no refund will be provided.
  1. Payment Schedule
  • Payment must be received in full before the transformation process begins, or as per any agreed instalment plan.
  • Any instalment plan will be clearly outlined before commencement of the service. Failure to meet payment deadlines will result in cancellation of future appointments and any payments made up to that point will be non-refundable.
  1. Use of Photos and Videos

To ensure continuity throughout your transformation journey, I will take photos and videos of your hair during appointments. These visuals are essential for maintaining consistency in your grey blending process.

Additionally, these photos and videos may be used for marketing purposes on social media and other promotional platforms. Your privacy is important to me, so if you do not wish for your face to be shown, please let me know in advance. My social media manager will be able to blur or conceal any identifiable details upon request.

  1. Liability

Whilst I will take all reasonable care to provide a professional and satisfying service, I will not be held liable for any loss, damage or delay in providing the service due to circumstances beyond my control. These circumstances include, but are not limited to:

  • Acts of God (Naturals disasters, weather events, etc.)
  • Civil unrest or public disturbances.
  • Power outages or other technical issues.
  • Inability to contact the client due to changes in contact information not communicated to me.
  • Sickness or hospital visits.

In the event of such circumstances, I will make every effort to contact you as soon as possible and reschedule your appointment where appropriate.

  1. Client Responsibilities

As the client, you agree to:

  • Follow the recommended patch test procedure prior to your first appointment. This is required to ensure there is no adverse reaction to the products used in the service.
  • Disclose any medical conditions, allergies or sensitivities that may affect the services provided. Failure to do so may result in harm, for which I will not be held liable.
  1. Governing Law

This contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws in England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

  1. Severability

If any of the provision of this contract is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by any court or competent authority, the remainder of the contact shall remain in full force and effect. Any invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a provision that is valid and enforceable and closest to the original intent of the provision.

  1. Change to the Contract

I reserve the right to update or modify the terms of this contract at any time. Any changes will be communicated in writing and you will have the right to reject or accept the revised terms. However, refusal of the new terms may result in termination of services.

  1. Entire Agreement

This contract constitutes the entire agreement between us regarding the services provided.. Any prior agreements, discussions or promises are replaced by this written agreement, which can only be modified in writing and signed by both parties.
